Commercial Vehicles Sales Report for July 23 and July 24
There has been a increase in the number of commercial vehicles on our highways. According to the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA), sales have increased by 5.93%, with total sales going up from 75573 units to 80057 units.
The graph shows that TATA Motors experienced a slight increase in sales compared to July 2023. Sales rose from 27,379 units to 27,492 units, marking a small increase of 0.14%.
Mahindra & Mahindra managed to stay profitable in this league, showing a growth of 7.86%, with sales rising from 17,637 units in July 2023 to 19,023 units in July 2024.
Unexpectedly, Ashok Leyland experienced a significant boost in sales compared to July. Sales surged by 12.39%, increasing from 12,380 units to 13,914 units. This notable growth highlights a strong performance for the company during this period.
The sales of other vehicles are varied, with some turning a profit and others experiencing significant losses.
