Commercial Vehicles Sales Report for May 23 and May 24
There has been an increase in the number of commercial vehicles on our highways. According to the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA), sales have risen by 4.07%, with total sales climbing from 79,807 units to 83,059 units.
The graph above explains that the TATA Motors reported the highest sales compared to May’23. Mahindra & Mahindra, Joining as the league’s 2nd top player, has a growth of 15.12% with sales going up from 17247 units in FY23 to 19855 in FY24. Similarly, Ashok Leyland ranks 3rd but experienced a sales decline of 6.86%. Sales dropped from 14,514 units to 13,518 units.
Similarly, the situation for other competitors shows minimal differences in sales between May ’24 and May ’23.
