Tata Motors Unveils the Tata Ace EV 1000 Mini Truck

Tata Motors introduced a new mini truck that will revolutionize the EV sector named ACE EV 1000

This electric mini-truck offers a payload of 1 tonne along with a range of 161km (certified) on a single charge. This vehicle is developed with last-mile mobility.

This EV mini truck comes with a superior battery management system along with a Fleet Edge telematics system.

This EV will land on floors of Tata Motors commercial vehicle dealerships across the country with different cargo decks.

Vinay Pathak, Vice President and Business Head of SCV & PU at Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles commented on the news, saying, “Our Ace EV customers have benefited from an unmatched experience, which is profitable and sustainable at the same time, over the past two years. They are now representatives of the ground-breaking, emission-free last-mile transportation option. We are happily expanding our services to the clients who need solutions with the introduction of the Ace EV 1000.”

The EVOGEN powertrain, which powers the Ace EV, comes with a 5-year complete maintenance package and a 7-year battery guarantee. With an innovative battery cooling system and a regenerative braking system to increase driving range, it promises to provide safe, all-weather operations. For maximum uptime, it enables regular and quick charging capabilities. Its 27kW (36hp) motor produces 130Nm of peak torque, which enables best-in-class pickup and grade-ability for a simple ascent even under fully laden circumstances.
