Tractor Sales Report for May 23 and May 24

In this blog, we present a detailed analysis of the sales figures for the leading tractor original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in India for May 2024. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive comparison of their performance with the corresponding period in May 2023.

Mahindra & Mahindra Tractors reported the highest sales numbers in terms of units sold in May ’24 with 15,926, a 0.57% growth compared to May’23 with units sold 15,836. Mahindra group which includes Mahindra Tractors and Swaraj tractors together sold 29,019 units in May ’24.

Surprisingly, Tafe experienced a decline of 4.67%, with sales dropping from 8,932 units to 8,515 units.

Kubota, on the other hand, ranked last, suffering a significant decrease in sales by 29.58%. According to FADA figures, 70,065 tractor units were sold in May’ 2024, marking a 1.06% decrease in sales compared to May’ 2023.
